	Aranzi Custom Goods can be personalized with names or letters by made-to-order. We have a large choice of them. You will be able to find your favorites.

ORDER AND DELIVERY

It is possible to order the other goods with the made-to-order items; however, we will ship out your order when all of it is ready. (We are sorry but partial shipments are not allowed.)

Delivery schedule is changed.
(The new schedule starts from 1st of August in 2012.)
We decided to change a part of delivery schedule for ARANZI CUSTOM GOODS.

The new schedule is divided into two periods. Depending on the date you ordered, the delivery guide is different.
Period A: from 1st of May to 30th of November
Period B: from 1st of December to 30th of April

If you order a custom product during Period A, it takes 2 weeks longer to receive the product than the regular guide.

	NO CANCELLATION, NO RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES
	There is a no cancellation, no returns, or exchanges policy. Any order cannot be modified or cancelled once it is submitted.

	LETTERS TO PRINT
	Available letters and characters : The English alphabet, numeric, and ' (hyphen) ' only If you need a space between your first name and family name, please insert it. Normally, the letters and characters are printed in the center. If you would like to print the ones on the right or the left alignment, please also mention this. The same letters and characters are to be printed in one unit.

	Please type the necessary information correctly in the comment space of your order as follows
	Once you click on the icon, the item ID specification will pop up in the blank box below. Copy and paste this information in the box to the comment space of your order.

	The all logos are printed in dark brown.
